Quick Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. lukewarm milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. soft shortening
2 eggs
4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Soak yeast in warm water.
Add milk, sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and flour.
Roll out and spread with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon.
Let rise until light and bake at 350\u00b0.
Makes 2 dozen.
