Creamy Red Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium size red potatoes
2 yellow onions
1 clove garlic
1 small container cream
olive oil (1 sprinkle)
salt and pepper
Preparation

Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick slices or thinner. Slice onions. Chop or press garlic. Brown potato slices in a skillet with a little olive oil until lightly browned on both sides. Add in onions. Add in garlic. Simmer until onions and garlic have loosened. Slowly add cream, allowing cream to heat as added. Cover skillet. Allow cream to reduce; add salt and pepper to taste.
