Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 tsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 (5 oz.) pkg. noodles, cooked
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.
    Add ground beef and brown.
    Mix in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Stir in soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and heat thoroughly.
    Serve over hot noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
    Serves 4 to 6.
