Canadian Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (50 oz.) can cream of potato soup
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped diced carrots
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Saute vegetables in broth until tender.
Stir in soup and 2 cups cheese.
Stir until cheese melts.
Garnish with parsley.
