Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. crushed pineapple, drain very well
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. seasoned salt
    1 to 2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese with electric mixer.
    Stir in remaining ingredients with a fork.
    Chill mixture overnight for at least 4 to 5 hours.
    Form into a ball or log and roll in chopped nuts. Garnish with red cherries or parsley.
