Microwave Honey Coated Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium carrots, sliced
2 Tbsp. water
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. honey

Preparation

Place all ingredients in 1-quart casserole.
Cover.
Microwave on High for 4 minutes.
Stir.
Continue cooking 4 more minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
