Baked Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/8 c. butter or margarine
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. beef bouillon (I use whole can)
    1 c. canned onion soup (I use whole can)
    1 c. rice
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Check rice as it bakes to see if more liquid is needed.
    If so, add a little water.
