Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread and place in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Brown and drain sausage.
    Cut links in slices.
    Spoon sausage over bread.
    Sprinkle with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Can prepare the night before.
