Gourmet Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    dash of dry mustard
    1 lb. sirloin tip
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced drained mushrooms
    1 can (10 oz.) condensed consomme
    1/4 c. dry red wine
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Cut sirloin across grain in 1/8-inch slices.
    Sprinkle with flour and mustard.
