Italian Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cakes yeast
    1 3/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    6 1/2 c. flour
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Combine yeast in water in mixing bowl.
    Add sugar.
    Let stand about
    5 minutes.
    Add
    salt
    and
    butter.
    Stir
    until dissolved. Add 3 1/2 cups flour.
    Mix
    to blend, then beat at medium speed until smooth and elastic (about 5 minutes).
    Beat in 2 eggs.
    Then gradually add
    2
    1/2
    cups more flour.
    Turn dough onto board and coat with
    1/2 cup of flour.
    Knead 10 to 15 minutes.
    Turn dough into greased bowl.
    Cover and let rise 1 1/2 hours.
