Cranberry-Orange Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1 egg
    2 tsp. grated orange peel
    3/4 c. chopped cranberries
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Combine Bisquick, sugar, flour, egg, milk and orange peel. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute.
    Stir in cranberries and nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Remove from pan.
    Cool thoroughly before slicing.
