Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash browns
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and place in a 3-quart casserole dish or a 10 x 13-inch aluminum cake pan.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
