Garden Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. water
    1 can stewed tomatoes or 2 or 3 fresh tomatoes
    1 bell pepper
    1 onion
    1/4 c. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown rice in oil.
    Add pepper, onion, tomatoes and water. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes.
    You may wish to add a dash of Mexican seasoning.
    Serves 6.
