German Apple Cake - cooking recipe

1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
Preparation

Fold in 4 cups thickly diced apples and 1 cup pecans, chopped.
Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
