Easy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. chuck roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    8 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
    6 carrots, peeled and sliced
    1 large onion, cut in wedges
Preparation
    In bowl, blend together all soups.
    Put roast and vegetables in a Dutch oven.
    Pour soups over all and cook in a 300\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
    Serve with rice or noodles.
