Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 large cans pineapple, drained
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 roll Town House or Ritz crackers, crushed
6 Tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
Preparation

Mix flour and sugar together.
Stir in pineapple and cheese. Put in greased casserole dish (approximately 9 x 9-inch or 8 x 12-inch).
Sprinkle crackers on top.
Melt butter and pour over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
