Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs (whole)
    1 c. salad oil
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 apples
    1 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Peel apples and slice thin.
    Mix ingredients until a smooth batter.
    Add apples to batter (also pecans).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 in greased Bundt pan 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    Drizzle with frosting made from powdered sugar and a little water.
