Blintze Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 blintzes (cheese or cherry)
1/4 lb. melted margarine
1 pt. sour cream
4 Tbsp. sugar
4 Tbsp. orange juice
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
6 eggs
Preparation
-
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Line casserole with blintzes.
Add margarine.
Mix everything but eggs.
Beat eggs.
Add to mixture. Pour.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
