Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation

Sift flour, baking soda, salt, sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa together.
Stir in milk and margarine.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa, then pour over all the hot water.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
