Chicken Asparagus Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cut up chicken
    2 cans asparagus tips, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 to 3/4 c. flour
    2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash and drain chicken; season with salt and pepper.
    Dust with flour.
    Fry in deep fat fryer or skillet until brown but not done; drain.
    Place chicken in casserole dish; cover with asparagus spears.
    Spread with soup; sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
