Fried Fish Yummies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    2 eggs
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 large fish (6 to 8 lb.)
Preparation
    Clean
    and
    fillet
    fish;
    cut strips into small pieces about the size of scallops.
    Mix flour, corn meal and salt and pepper in bowl.
    Measure
    milk
    into
    a bowl.
    First dip fish into
    milk, then eggs, then cornmeal/flour mixture.
    Drop into hot grease
    and deep fry until done.
    Drain fish.\tServe with cocktail sauce and munch out!
