Meal In One - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small head cabbage
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. stewed tomatoes
    1 c. hot water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut cabbage in wedges and place in buttered casserole. Arrange beef, rice and onion between and over wedges.
    Combine tomatoes, water and seasoning.
    Pour over casserole.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
