Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1-1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. grated zucchini
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together well and bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350\u00b0 (glass pan at 325\u00b0) for 30-35 minutes.
