Cucumbers Greek Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
    2 medium tomatoes, sliced into wedges
    4 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. mint leaves
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
    chilled celery strips
Preparation
    Pour buttermilk into a bowl and add remaining ingredients, except celery strips.
    Let stand 1 hour in the refrigerator, until ready to serve.
    Mix well before serving.
    Serve with chilled celery strips as an appetizer.
