Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening or margarine
pinch of salt
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sour milk combined with 1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix in order given.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until brown and toothpick comes out clean (about 1 hour and 20 minutes).
Makes 2 loaves.
