Spicy Turkey Breast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) turkey breast, thawed as pkg. directs
    8 to 10 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. dry rosemary
    1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
    1/2 tsp. hot paprika
    2 tsp. olive oil
Preparation
    In a blender or food processor, combine garlic, rosemary, pepper and paprika.
    Turn motor on.
    Add olive oil and process until coarsely chopped.
    Skin the turkey breast; wash and pat dry. Spread the garlic mixture over the turkey breast.
    Place on rack in roasting pan; cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat thermometer inserted into center registers 170\u00b0. Remove from oven.
    Let stand 20 minutes before slicing.
