Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. cooked chicken, cubed
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. small green grapes
    1 1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1 c. toasted slivered almonds
Preparation
    Combine chicken, salad oil, orange juice, vinegar and salt. Let stand while preparing other salad ingredients.
    Can let it stand overnight.
    Gently toss together remaining ingredients, stirring in mayonnaise last.
    Makes 12 big servings.
