Potato Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
5 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. diced ham, cooked
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/4 c. diced onion
1 c. cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation
-
Press excess moisture from potatoes and place in greased deep dish pie pan.
Pour melted butter over and bake 30 to 45 minutes at 425\u00b0.
