Diabetic Baked Barbecued Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. spareribs (lean)
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/4 tsp. Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from ribs.
    Cut into 6 portions.
    Place in baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Remove cover; baste.
    Bake 1/2 hour.
    Spoon off excess fat and serve.
