Bacon And Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 bacon slices, slightly cooked
    1 medium sliced onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    5 sliced hard-boiled eggs
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    English muffins or toast
Preparation
    Put bacon slices on bottom of greased casserole; add onion. Mix 1/4 cup of milk to cream of mushroom soup.
    Pour this on top of bacon and onion.
    Add sliced hard-boiled eggs, 2 cups of grated Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until hot.
    Serve on English muffins or toast.
