Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake - cooking recipe

1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 Tbsp. (heaping) cocoa
2 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. heavy cream
3/4 c. seedless red raspberry jam
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter (or margarine), mixing well.
Spread evenly over bottom and sides of 9-inch spring-form pan (or two 9-inch pie pans).
Refrigerate crust while preparing filling.
