Flat Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. flour
    3 rounded Tbsp. shortening
    7 c. water (approximately)
    3 c. corn meal
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except water.
    Add enough water to make a stiff dough. Roll dough out thin on floured board.
    Bake on a lefse grill, then place in a 325\u00b0 oven until crisp.
