Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 to 4 Tbsp. (heaping) flour
1 tsp. salt
3 to 4 eggs (save whites for topping)
2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix and cook until thick.
After thickened, remove from heat and add a dash of vanilla, margarine and coconut.
Pour mixture into precooked pie crust.
