Buttermilk Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    6 oz. box strawberry Jell-O
    1 large Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Heat pineapple and Jell-O; stir until dissolved. Cook 5 minutes; cool. Add buttermilk, Cool Whip and pecans; mix well. Refrigerate.
