Aunt Hanna'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 stick butter
1 c. sugar (slight)
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk

Preparation

Cream butter; add sugar and mix well.
Add egg; beat well. Add vanilla and lemon extract; mix well. Sift in flour, salt, baking powder and milk alternating.
Grease 8-inch round pan with butter.
Sprinkle pan with flour.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
