Delicious Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia Brand cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 graham cracker crumb crust (9-inch)

Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.
Add eggs and mix well.
Pour into crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool.
Top with strawberry or blueberry pie topping. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Makes 8 servings.
