Sweet & Sour Chicken(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 broiler-fryer chickens, cut up (I use 4 chicken breasts)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian salad dressing
1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
Preparation

In a large shallow baking dish, place chicken in single layer.
In bowl, mix together salad dressing, soup mix and preserves.
Pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, 9 minutes per pound.
