Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3 cloves fresh garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 pinch thyme
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (12 oz.) can tomato juice
    diced mushrooms and green peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Dice and peel garlic.
    Chop onion.
    Brown meat with garlic and onion, then add tomato sauce and tomato paste.
    Mix well, then turn heat down.
    Add Italian seasoning and let simmer 1 hour.
    Cover skillet to prevent loss of water.
