Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    sage
    salt
    1 pkg. wide noodles
Preparation
    Cook chicken breasts in 4 cups water in crock-pot until done. Bone chicken and set aside.
    Strain broth and pour into large pot. Add the 2 cans of soup, chopped onion, sage and salt.
    Stir well and simmer until onion is soft.
    Cook noodles; drain and add to soup.
    Cut chicken in small pieces and add to soup.
    Stir carefully and keep hot until served.
