Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1 c. boiling water
Preparation

Add lemon juice to the sugar.
Beat the yolks of the eggs until light.
Add cornstarch which has been dissolved in a little cold water.
Mix well with lemon and sugar.
Start cooking, then add boiling water.
Cook until thick.
Pour into a baked pie shell.
Top with whipped cream, if desired.
