Beef Stroganoff (Aunt Betty'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 c. tomato juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (3 oz.) can broiled sliced mushrooms
    noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain fat.
    Add onion until hot.
    Add juice, salt, celery salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
    Cook over low heat approximately 20 minutes.
    Add green peppers, sour cream and mushrooms.
    Stir until mixture is hot.
    Serve with noodles.
