Diabetic Macaroon Cookies(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded coconut
    2 Tbsp. cake flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 egg whites
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    4 tsp. liquid sweetener
Preparation
    Combine coconut, cake flour and baking powder.
    Beat whites until light.
    Add cream of tartar and sweetener, beating until peaks form.
    Fold whites into coconut mixture.
    Drop by rounded teaspoons into greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
    Each cookie contains 3 calories.
