Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes, peeled and washed
    2 c. milk
    1 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil the potatoes and mash.
    Add salt and pepper. Stir in butter and milk.
    Bring to a slow boil, stirring frequently, boiling for 5 minutes. Serve with crackers.
