Stuffed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground meat (your desire: 1/2 beef, 1/2 pork or all beef)
    Creole seasoning
    1 chopped onion
    1 medium bell pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1 c. tasso, browned
    1 link sausage, chopped (Smoky Hollow)
Preparation
    Put 1/2 of mixture in a meat loaf pan.
    Put a hole in the middle and put the chopped onion, bell pepper, garlic and tasso, plus 1 link of sausage in the hole.
    Put the remainder of the meat on top.
    Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0, then take out and drain and turn over.
    Cook approximately 30 more minutes.
