Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. Karo syrup
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
    10 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients and boil 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add soda.
    Pour over popped corn and stir evenly.
    Put in shallow baking dish.
    Place in oven 2 hours at 200\u00b0.
    Remove and break in pieces.
    Store in tight container.
