Baked Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can salmon
    liquid from salmon plus milk (3/4 c.)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. cornflakes or cracker crumbs
    chopped onions
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Flake, remove bones and skins from salmon.
    Blend in egg.
    Stir in liquid, cornflakes or crumbs, lemon, onions and salt and pepper. Spoon into greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
