Stuffed Jalapeno Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 canned jalapeno peppers
    4 oz. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. sour cream or mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
    paprika
Preparation
    Cut each pepper in half lengthwise; remove veins and seeds. Drain on paper towels.
    Mash the cream cheese with sour cream; stir in garlic salt and onion.
    Mix well.
    Stuff each pepper half with cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
    Chill before serving.
    Yields 2 dozen.
