Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced celery
    2 c. diced carrots
    2 c. diced onion
    1 clove chopped garlic
    1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. margarine or butter
    1 lb. frozen baby shrimp, precooked
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oil and margarine until tender.
    Add cooked rice and shrimp.
    Cook until done.
    If on the dry side, add margarine as needed.
