Atlanta Gas Light Mini Pizzas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can flaky refrigerator biscuits (10)
    2/3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in a large skillet on temperature controlled gas burner set at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0.
    Add tomato paste, onion, seasoning and water.
    Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Separate each biscuit into 2 layers and place on baking sheet.
    Lightly flour the bottom of a custard cup and make a shallow center in each biscuit for filling.
    Brush biscuits lightly with melted margarine.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 gas oven for 10 minutes.
    Fill centers with meat mixture.
    Sprinkle generously with cheese.
    Broil 3 to 4-inches from gas flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Serve hot.
