Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. creamed corn
1 c. Velveeta cheese, grated
5 slices bacon, chopped up
jalapeno peppers, chopped (as much as you like)
Preparation

Mix up like regular cornbread.
Add bacon, corn and pepper. Pour into the skillet and put cheese on top. Then punch cheese down into mixture.
Don't let cheese get on bottom or side of skillet.
It will stick to your skillet.
Cook at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 until brown.
